By accessing SolarNodes services — including solarnodes.org, Node 01 API access, and the demo chat interface — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SolarNodes provides access to open-weight AI models served from an off-grid, solar-powered micro data center. Capacity is limited by sunlight, battery state, and hardware availability. We may throttle, queue, or suspend access without notice during maintenance or insufficient power.
You may not use the service to generate illegal content, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at rates that degrade shared capacity, or misrepresent model outputs as human-generated in contexts where disclosure is required. API keys are personal — do not share or resell access without written permission.
Models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased outputs. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. SolarNodes is not liable for decisions made based on model outputs.
We may modify these terms or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may revoke API access for violations of these terms.
